Attorney Jamie Sabino of Massachusetts Law Reform Institute presents an overview of recent changes to G. L. c. 209A expanding the definition of abuse to include “coercive control”, followed by a panel discussion with judges and legal professionals about the impact of this new language and what is meant by coercive control. Attorneys, law enforcement, and other professionals are invited to attend.
